After acceptance to APH, select an approved mentor for your vision from a suggested list, or a mentor of your personal choice.
Discuss with APH a start/move-in date, as well as your completion date for making your vision a reality.
Provide an exit plan and date to move out after your goal and vision are accomplished.
Commit to and sign off on your written vision and goals.
Read and sign APH manual on house rules and requirements. Upon your acceptance to APH, you will be forwarded the APH manual and the list of house rules. A list of the rules will be viewable here soon.
Provide APH with your employer information and hours. It is your responsibility to find your own job prior to participation in APH and it is your responsibility to remain employed for the duration of your stay. Full-time employment is recommended, but the minimum hours for part-time employment is 20 hours a week.
